Firstly, I encourage you to try Greek baklava with million calories, but I don’t give you a solution how to eat it without remorse and without drops in your shapes :) Let me make up and I show you two videos with exercises that you can do any time and place, also during holidays :)
I recorded them for you in Greece together with the Cardio Bunny to show you how you can make a workout without a gym or extra equipment or when you travel. You only need your bodyweight and some space :)
Each video consists of 5 exercises. Do each of them for 1 minute in 5 series and believe me – any baklava will scare you :)
